    ロードスターの特性上、大きなお荷物（キャリーケースなど）を積載することが難しいため、空港や駅までの送迎や配車は承っておりません。
    ホテルへの配車は可能ですのでご予約のあとお電話ください。
    また、お荷物が少ない場合やお一人でのご利用などにつきましては、お電話にてお気軽にお問い合わせください。可能な限り楽しい旅のお手伝いをさせていただきます！

    Due to the nature of the Roadster, it is difficult to load large luggage (such as suitcases/carry-on cases), and therefore, we do not offer pick-up or drop-off services to/from airports or train stations.
    We can arrange for a car to be delivered to your hotel. Please call us after making your reservation.
    Furthermore, if you have minimal luggage or are traveling alone, please feel free to inquire by phone. We will do our best to help you have a wonderful trip!

    予約サイトからは1日の金額でご予約に進むようになっておりますので、レンタル開始日のみを選択の上、ご予約にお進みください。レンタルされる期間と金額の詳細につきましては折り返しメールまたはお電話にて確認させていただきます。

    ● 普通免許取得から3年経過
    ● ご利用可能な対象年齢：22歳以上
    ● 上記2つを満たしている

    • 3 years have passed since obtaining a regular driver’s license.
    • Applicable age: 22 years or older.
    • The above two conditions are met.

    ■ ご予約・決済について

    ご予約の際は、以下の項目をお伺いします。

    ※予約はご利用する4日前までにお願いします。 ※ホームページよりご予約していただいてもスタッフより最終確認の連絡が来るまでは予約確定ではございません。お急ぎの場合は、電話予約をお勧めいたします。 ※ご予約内容が確定しましたら、メールにて決済方法をご案内いたします。決済の確認が取れ次第、ご予約確定となります。

    When making a reservation, we will ask for the following information.

    ※Please make reservations at least 4 days before use. ※Even if you make a reservation on the website, your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a final confirmation from a staff member. If you are in a hurry, we recommend making a reservation by phone. ※Once your reservation details are confirmed, we will send you payment instructions by email.Your reservation will be finalized after we confirm your payment.

    当社店頭にて引渡しとなります。

    ロードスターの特性上、大きなお荷物（キャリーケースなど）を積載することが難しいため、空港や駅までの送迎は承っておりません。
    ホテルへの配車は可能ですのでご予約のあとお電話ください。
    また、お荷物が少ない場合やお一人でのご利用などにつきましては、お電話にてお気軽にお問い合わせください。

    Due to the nature of the Roadster, it is difficult to accommodate large luggage (such as suitcases/carry cases). For this reason, we cannot offer pick-up or drop-off services to or from airports and train stations.
    However, hotel pick-up and drop-off is available. Please call us after making your reservation to arrange this.
    If you have minimal luggage or are traveling alone, please feel free to call us for a consultation.

    ■ ご用意いただくもの

    運転免許証。

    What you need: Driver’s license.

    ■ 貸渡契約書の確認

    レンタカーの契約内容をご確認後、同意のサインをしていただきます。

    After reviewing the rental car agreement, please sign to indicate your consent.

    ■ 傷、凹みなどの確認

    貸渡し前に、車のキズ・凹みを担当スタッフと一緒にご確認いただきます。

    Before renting, please check the car for scratches and dents with our staff.

    ■ 操作方法・注意事項の確認

    シートやミラーなどの調整、設備機器の操作方法、注意事項の確認を行います。

    Adjust seats and mirrors, and confirm operation methods and precautions for equipment.

    返却
    RETURN THE CAR

    ■ レンタカーの返却

    ご返却前に、最寄りのガソリンスタンドで給油をしたうえ、返却をお願いします。
    返却予定の時間から余裕をもって返却をお願いいたします。

    Before returning the rental car, please refuel at the nearest gas station and return the car.
    Please return the car well in advance of the scheduled return time.

    ● レンタカー料金に対人・対物の料金は含まれています。
    ● 車両保険は含まれておりません。免責10万円です。

    • The rental fee includes bodily injury and property damage charges.
    • Vehicle insurance is not included. The deductible is 100,000 yen.
    ノンオペレーションチャージ
    NON-OPERATION CHARGE

    ① レンタカー

    レンタカーで自走し予定の返還場所に返還されなかった場合　¥100,000
    レンタカーで自走し予定の返還場所に返還された場合　¥50,000

    If the rental car is driven and not returned to the scheduled return location: 100,000 yen.
    If the rental car is driven and returned to the scheduled return location: 50,000 yen.

    ② 備品

    使用不能の場合　代替品の購入金額の75%
    修理を要する場合　修理日数×該当品の1日あたりのレンタル料金×50%

    If unusable: 75% of the purchase price of a replacement item.
    If repairs are required: Number of days to repair x rental fee per day for the item x 50%.

    ABOUT RESERVATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

    予約日の14日以前の営業時間内であれば変更・取消は可能です。それ以降は所定の予約取消手数料がかかります。
    出発予定時間を1時間過ぎてもご連絡のない場合は、当日キャンセルになる場合がございますのでご了承ください。

    Changes and cancellations are possible during business hours 14 days or more prior to the reservation date. After that, a cancellation fee will be charged.
    Please note that if we do not hear from you within one hour of the scheduled departure time, your reservation may be canceled on the day.

    ※各レンタカーの車両にはアクシデントや防犯の兼ね合いで、GPS、ドレイブレコーダーなど装着しております。ご了承ください。

    ※For safety and security purposes, each rental vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracker and a dash camera (drive recorder). We appreciate your understanding regarding this measure.
